Since The Mary Randall Vickers Archive is domiciled in the UK, UK copyright law applies.

The copyright of all content on this website resides with the copyright holder. Unless there is a written agreement signed by the creator (inter alia, an employment contract assigning inventions to the employer) to the contrary, copyright resides with the person(s) who created the material in question.

It is not always possible to ascertain the copyright ownership of archival material. Where the copyright holder can be identified we will make every effort to obtain permission from her/him. Where ownership cannot be established, we may publish material in good faith and with the understanding that, once copyright is contested, it will be removed from publication on The Mary Randall Vickers Archive until an agreement has been found with the copyright holder.
